Homesake endeavors to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order.
Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.

No refund will be given by Homesake if the order has been delivered with the color and specification as selected by the customer while placing the order. To be eligible for refund or exchange, please email our customer care within 48 hours of delivery email@example.com with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item. Our customer care team will look into the issue and revert back within 48 working hours.
No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, if there have been 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days* of receipt of the product by Homesake, provided goods are received in acceptable condition (with tags and original packaging intact), as dispatched from our warehouse or receipt of request for cancellation of order. Refund method will be based on the mode of order payment, as follows-

To be eligible for exchange, please email our customer care within 72 hours of delivery firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the item. Our customer care team will look into the issue and revert back within 48 working hours. Once the order has been cleared for exchange, details regarding return pick up will be emailed to you (cost of return pick up will be borne by the customer). Only once the goods are received in acceptable condition (with tags and original packaging intact), as dispatched from our warehouse, the new exchanged product shall be dispatched from our end.
The customer can only cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order. No cancellations will be entertained after 24 hours.
Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 4 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same.
